Explaining Employability Through Career Adaptability, Job Search Selfefficacy, Complexity Perception, and Luck Readiness: A Mediator Model

Aim: The purpose of the current study was to investigate mediating role job search self-efficacy, complexity perception, and luck readiness variables in relationship between career adaptability employability among Iranian seekers.
 Methods: Data gathered using volunteer sampling recruited a sample 719 seekers. data analysed structural equation modeling. They were administered Career Adapt-Abilities Scale, Job Search SelfEfficacy Complexity Perception Index, Luck Readiness Employability Scale
 Finding: results showed that effect coefficients on self-efficacy (γ = 0.75 p< 0.001), perception 0.64 0.88 statistically significant. Furthermore, selfefficacy (β 0.39 0.17 0.6 0.001) employability, as an endogenous dependent variable, also indirectly related through these variables.
 Conclusion: In general, according findings this based existence indirect it should be noted order increase is necessary not only pay attention adaptability, but strategies for increasing selfefficacy, open thinking system, luck.
